Prices and payment

The price of each consultation and each report is published on its page.

You pay when you request it, by card or PayPal, through a payment gateway. Your card number never passes through my server, and I never see it: it goes from your browser straight to the gateway. All I receive is confirmation that the payment went through.

I don't store your card for future charges, and there are no automatic charges or renewals. Each consultation and each report is paid once.

Prices are in US dollars. The price shown is the total you pay me: I do not add taxes or fees on top. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may charge their own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which I do not control.

If a payment provider cannot process an order for legal reasons, or I cannot lawfully accept it, I will cancel it and refund anything you paid.

The written consultation · before I start

The consultation is personal and non-transferable. I prepare it only for the person named in the form.

To cast your chart I need three details: date, time and place of birth. Without them there is no consultation. You send them, together with up to five questions, in the form you receive after payment.

If someone requests or pays for the consultation on your behalf, these terms apply to you just the same, as the person who receives it.

If I have not received your completed form within 30 days of your payment, I will remind you by email. If I still have not received it 30 days after that reminder, I will refund you in full and close the order.

The written consultation · delivery

What you receive. A complete PDF document, in English, with the same structure as my live consultations: the analysis of your chart, the answers to your questions and the charts that illustrate them. I do the analysis myself.

When you receive it. I start preparing it once I have your payment and your completed form, and I deliver it within five days of receiving the completed form. If for any reason I cannot deliver it on time, I will write to you before the deadline, tell you the new date and offer you a full refund instead. If you prefer the refund, just reply to that email, at no cost to you, and I will issue it within seven days. If the deadline passes without your document and without my message, you are entitled to a full refund, which I will issue within seven days of your request.

Clarifications. After delivery you have one round of clarifications, only on the questions you sent in the form; it does not cover new or derived topics.

The written consultation · refunds

You can withdraw within the first ten minutes after you pay, and I refund everything. When you pay, you expressly agree that I start preparing your consultation immediately, knowing that after those ten minutes you lose the right to withdraw. After that, there is no refund for a change of mind.

If the document arrives defective or incomplete, or does not match what you paid for, contact me and I will fix whatever is needed. If I cannot fix it, I will refund you in full.

All this is separate from your rights if something goes wrong: if I charged you for something you did not ask for, or the consultation was not delivered because of me, you get your money back.

Refunds go back through the same payment method you used, and how soon you see them depends on your bank or the payment provider.

What you can use your document for

The document is for you: you can read it, save it, print it and consult it as often as you like. You may not resell, publish or distribute it, or use it to create a derivative product. The rights to the document remain mine.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from writing an honest review of my work, anywhere, including short quotations from your document.

Written reports

A report is a document I prepare myself, with your birth details, on the topic announced on its page. Currently on sale: the Personal strategic opportunities report 2026.

What you receive. A file, in the format, language and length stated on the product page, with a download link valid for the time indicated there. If the link expires or does not reach you, write to me and I will send it again.

When you receive it. I start preparing it once I have your payment and your complete birth details, and I deliver it within a maximum of three days. If there are more reports one day, each will state its delivery time on its page. If you don't receive it within that time, you can ask for a full refund.

Refunds. You can withdraw from the report within the first ten minutes after you paid, and I refund everything. When you buy it, you expressly agree that I start preparing the report immediately, knowing that after those ten minutes you lose the right to withdraw. What an astrological consultation with me is not

Astrology is a traditional interpretive discipline, not an exact science, and I do not claim psychic, supernatural or occult powers. What you receive is my professional opinion, based on the rules of traditional astrology applied to your chart. It is not a statement of fact about the future, and events may turn out differently.

An astrological consultation never replaces the care of a doctor, psychologist, lawyer or financial adviser. If you are going through a health, legal, emotional, psychological or money problem, you should see a professional in that field.

The decisions you make are yours. I give you a reading of the sky at your birth and of the cycles you are going through; what you do with it is your choice, and the responsibility for that choice is yours alone.

I do not guarantee results, and I do not promise that something will happen or that you will come away with miracle cures or interventions in your destiny.

I do not give advice on buying, selling or holding specific securities, cryptocurrencies or other financial instruments. An astrological analysis of timing for you or your business is not investment advice.

If something goes wrong, the most I will be responsible for is the amount you paid for the consultation or report concerned. This does not limit any right you have as a consumer that the law of your place of residence does not allow to be limited, and it does not limit my responsibility for fraud.

Age and minors

To request a consultation or buy a report you must be 18 or older.

I also work with children and teenagers, with the authorization of their father, mother or legal guardian. That person is the one who requests, pays and accepts these terms.

When the consultation is for a minor, the parent or legal guardian fills in the form and receives the document. I do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13.

Who owns what you read and what you receive

The texts, reports, articles, images and design of this site are mine, except what is quoted with its source. You can read them, share a link and quote a short passage saying where it comes from.

What you may not do is copy a whole text, republish it as your own, sell it, or use it to train a system that generates similar content.

Respectful treatment

I reserve the right to stop preparing a consultation, or to decline a future request, if there is abusive, threatening or disrespectful treatment. If I stop a consultation I have not delivered, I will refund what you paid for it.

If something is wrong with a payment, please write to me before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal: it is usually the fastest way to solve it. Opening a dispute is always your right.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by Colombian law. The Colombian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, but if you contract as a consumer you may also bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.

If you contract as a consumer from another country, this does not take away any of the rights the law of your place of residence gives you.

If this changes

What applies to you is the version you accepted when you paid, not the one published afterwards.

If I change anything, it changes for new requests. Never retroactively and never without notice.

Language

These terms are the English translation of my Spanish terms and conditions. If anything is unclear, write to me and I will explain it.
