Before you request
What approach do you use?
I work with traditional predictive astrology. I use verifiable rules, mathematics and geometry, and observation of nature. I don't do fortune-telling, magic and the like; I offer a serious analysis for decision-making.
Which consultation should I choose, and what is the difference?
The Services page explains each type of consultation in detail. In general, a first consultation is about your birth chart, with a predictive focus and your questions. That is why, if this is your first consultation with me, I recommend choosing the Birth Chart Reading.
What details do I need for a consultation?
Date, exact time and place of birth. The best source for the time is your birth certificate. If you don't know it, say so and give the time your parents told you. In any case, I always rectify the birth time for every client. You send these details in the form you receive after payment.
I don't know my birth time. Can I still request a consultation?
Yes. You can give me an approximate time or, at the very least, be sure of the actual day you were born. In any case, I always rectify the birth time for every client (even when I am given the “exact” time).
Do you work with children and teenagers?
Yes, with the consent of the responsible adult and with an approach suited to their age. In fact, it is a highly recommended consultation, since we can look at the professional direction, attitudes and vocational aptitudes that will help develop those areas much better.
Requesting and payment
How do I request a consultation?
On the Consultations page, choose the type of consultation and pay online, quickly and securely. After payment you receive a form for your birth details and up to five questions.
How much is the consultation?
The Services page lists the types of consultation and their current prices in US dollars.
How do I pay?
Once you choose your consultation on the Consultations page, the system takes you to a secure online payment page (credit or debit card, or PayPal, depending on your country). All payments are processed through the Mercado Pago platform, for your security.
How much time do I have to pay?
You pay right after choosing the type of consultation. The system takes you to the payment page, where you choose your payment method. Your consultation is confirmed once the payment goes through.
When will I receive my consultation?
Within five days of receiving your completed form, I send you the PDF by email.
Can I give a consultation as a gift?
Yes. When you request it as a gift, send me the person's birth details, email address and phone number.
Will you give me information before the consultation?
Yes. The terms and conditions for consultations are published on this website, and you accept them when you pay. You will receive a payment confirmation and then the form for your details and questions. Don't worry: it is a quick, clear and secure process.
The consultation
How does the written consultation work?
After payment you receive a form for your birth details and up to five questions. Within five days I send you a complete PDF, in English, with the same structure as my live consultations: the analysis, the answers to your questions and the charts that illustrate them. If anything needs clarifying, you have one round of clarifications on those same questions.
What does the document cover?
The first consultation reviews every house and planet in your birth chart with a predictive focus, and answers your questions at the end, just as in a live consultation. Later consultations focus on their topic and on your questions.
What language is the consultation in?
Live consultations, one-to-one by video call, are in Spanish, and anyone who speaks Spanish can book one from anywhere in the world. If you can’t take it in Spanish, choose the written consultation: it covers exactly what we cover live, with the same procedure and the same analyses, and I do the analysis myself.
How do I prepare?
You don't need any special preparation. Think carefully about the questions you most want answered (up to five). You can be sure that, drawing on my experience with more than 200 clients, I will read them attentively and give you guidance on them, always respecting where you are in your life right now.
Is the information confidential?
Yes. Your information and everything in your consultation are kept strictly confidential.
Cancellations and follow-up
Can I cancel?
Written consultations follow the rules for written products set out in the terms and conditions: what happens to your payment depends on whether I have already started preparing your document. If you have any questions, write to consultas@astrologiamaosoler.com.
Do you offer follow-up?
Yes. You can request follow-up consultations to review upcoming cycles, decisions or later questions.
