Consumer health data privacy policy

What this policy covers

This policy applies to consumer health data as defined by Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar state laws. It is separate from my general privacy policy, as that law requires.

What I collect and why

I do not ask for health information. If you choose to include something about your physical or mental health, a pregnancy, a surgery or your sexual health in the questions you send me, I use it only to prepare your written consultation and answer your clarifications.

Where it comes from

Only from you, through the consultation form or your emails.

Who it is shared with

I do not sell it. I do not share it with anyone except the providers that store my email and files, which process it on my behalf and only for that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask me to confirm whether I hold consumer health data about you, to give you a copy, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent. Write to contacto@astrologiamaosoler.com. I will answer within 45 days.

If I refuse, you can appeal by replying with the word “Appeal”, and I will answer within 45 days. If I still refuse, you can complain to the Washington State Attorney General.
