What this site stores in your browser

This site stores two things in your browser. One is necessary and the other depends on what you decide.

zaraz-consent

Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so I do not ask you on every page. It lasts 12 months.

ph_…_posthog

Counts the pages that are read and how the site loads. It only exists if you accept. Set by PostHog. It lasts 12 months.

If you reject, the second one is not created. If you accept and later change your mind, it is deleted at that moment.

What I measure if you accept

• Which pages are visited and which site people arrive from.
• How long each page takes to load on your device.
• On reading pages (the home page, the services, the blog and the articles), where people click and how far they scroll, and a recording of the visit to the page in which everything typed into a field is hidden.

On the pages where you book, pay or fill in your details there is no recording and no click map.

What never leaves this site

Your name, your email, your WhatsApp, your birth details and your questions are not sent to the measurement tool. Neither is your IP address, which PostHog discards when it receives each visit.

Who receives the measurement

PostHog, on its servers in the European Union. I do not share it with advertising platforms.

How you decide

When you arrive you will see a notice with two buttons, Accept and Reject. Nothing from the measurement loads before you choose. Rejecting does not limit your access to anything.

You can change your decision at any time under "Cookie preferences", at the bottom of any page. Your answer is remembered for 12 months.

From your browser

In your browser's privacy settings you can block or delete the cookies of any site, including this one.

Which rules I follow

In Colombia, cookies are governed by Law 1581 of 2012. I also apply the European rules to every visitor: prior consent, rejecting as easy as accepting, and access to the site without conditions.
