The method
Some of the techniques I use
- Transits
- The actual passage of planets over natal points; they activate themes promised in the chart when they coincide with the current lord of time. Universal use; they already appear in the ancients in their own language.
- Profections, annual and monthly
- The Ascendant advances one sign per year —and per month within the year—, designating a lord of the year whose condition and transits set the tone of the period. Hellenistic basis: Valens, Paulus.
- Solar return
- The chart of the yearly moment when the Sun returns to its natal degree; it is compared with the natal chart and with the year's profection. From Dorotheus and, in the Middle Ages, Abū Maʿshar in his treatise “On the Revolutions of the Years of Nativities”.
- Primary directions
- One of the oldest methods for dating climactic periods: the celestial sphere is moved symbolically so that a significator reaches a promittor. Described by Ptolemy and refined by Morin.
- Secondary progressions
- A day for a year: a symbolic technique consolidated between the 17th and 20th centuries. Modern.
- Firdaria
- Sequences of years ruled by planets, depending on whether the native was born by day or by night. Arabic-Persian.
- Decennials and others
- They divide life into thematic chapters governed by planets and lots. Hellenistic, for example Valens.
- Mundane and political
- Great conjunctions of Jupiter and Saturn for dynastic and epochal cycles. Classical medieval, from Abū Maʿshar.

What people often ask me
What approach do you use?
I work with traditional predictive astrology. I use verifiable rules, mathematics and geometry, and observation of nature. I don't do fortune-telling, magic and the like; I offer a serious analysis for decision-making.
What details do I need for a consultation?
Date, exact time and place of birth. The best source for the time is your birth certificate. If you don't know it, say so and give the time your parents told you. In any case, I always rectify the birth time for every client. You send these details in the form you receive after payment.
I don't know my birth time. Can I still request a consultation?
Yes. You can give me an approximate time or, at the very least, be sure of the actual day you were born. In any case, I always rectify the birth time for every client (even when I am given the “exact” time).
How does the written consultation work?
After payment you receive a form for your birth details and up to five questions. Within five days I send you a complete PDF, in English, with the same structure as my live consultations: the analysis, the answers to your questions and the charts that illustrate them. If anything needs clarifying, you have one round of clarifications on those same questions.
